These Terms of Service govern your use of Feedbacker, operated by Digital Loyalty Network ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Feedbacker publishes customer reviews of businesses, products, and services. Verified members can submit feedback and, where eligible, receive digital rewards. Businesses can claim a listing and reply to reviews.
2. Accounts
Access to submit feedback or claim a business requires a SafeZone account. You must keep your account details confidential and only use an account that belongs to you. We may refuse, suspend, or close access if we believe these terms have been broken.
3. Reviews
- Reviews must be based on your own personal experience.
- Do not post fake, paid, copied, or misleading reviews.
- Do not include illegal content, hate speech, or personal data about other people.
- We may review, refuse, edit, or remove feedback, usually within two business days of submission.
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it on Feedbacker and on partner sites that display Feedbacker reviews.
4. Receipts and rewards
Some feedback requires a receipt or invoice. Rewards, where offered, are typically up to 3% of the amount paid at the business, with a maximum of US$10 per feedback. Rewards are digital benefits, not cash, and may change or be withdrawn. We may decline a reward if a receipt cannot be verified.
5. Business listings
Only the legal owner or authorised representative of a business may claim it. Claiming a listing may require identity verification (KYC) through a third party, which can include a one-time fee. You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information, logos, and replies you publish.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in a way that harms the service, or interfere with other users. We may remove content or block access to protect the service and its users.
7. Our content
Feedbacker branding, layout, and software are owned by Digital Loyalty Network or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission. Reviews remain attributed to the people who submitted them, as published on the site.
8. Disclaimer
Reviews are opinions of customers, not ours. We do not guarantee that any review, listing, or reward is complete, accurate, or available. The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from relying on reviews.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Feedbacker after an update means you accept the revised terms.
