- Review content: ratings, comments, product or service name, amount paid, and business details you enter.
- Files you upload, such as receipts, invoices, or a business logo.
- Business claim information, including name, address, description, and replies to reviews.
- Technical data needed to run the site, including cookies for language, login session, and referral.
3. How we use information
- To publish reviews and business listings.
- To verify feedback, process digital rewards, and review business claims.
- To keep you signed in, remember your language, and protect the service.
- To respond to account recovery and support requests.
4. What is public
Published reviews, ratings, business names, addresses, logos, and owner replies are visible to anyone who visits Feedbacker. Do not include information in a review that you do not want to be public.
5. Sharing
We share information with:
- SafeZone, which authenticates your account.
- Partner sites that display Feedbacker reviews, when a review is created through that partner.
- Service providers who host the website, store files, or perform required identity checks (KYC) for business claims.
- Authorities if we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies
We use cookies or similar storage for your language preference, session, and optional referral account number. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and language selection may not work.
7. Retention
We keep published reviews and listing data while they remain on the service. Session cookies expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity. Uploaded receipts are kept as needed to verify feedback and rewards, then as required for security and legal records.
